Overview

The Step-Up Multitap Transformer is engineered for applications where a single unit must adapt to varying grid conditions, inverter configurations and site requirements. Its externally reconfigurable HV connection allows the secondary winding to be arranged in either delta or star without factory intervention, giving project teams flexibility during commissioning and throughout the plant's service life.

Designed with tap changer arrangements of up to 50 positions, this transformer accommodates wide voltage adjustment ranges that standard distribution units cannot cover.
